Based just outside London, close to the M25 and with easy access to the motorway network, the company is ideally placed to offer an unbeatable service to its broad base of clients throughout Britain.

As well as maintaining Phoenix compactors and balers, we are able to provide cover on most makes of waste handling equipment. Over 94% of customer requests are resolved on the same day as the initial call.

The Phoenix service does not end when equipment has been designed and installed at a customer’s site. Our nationwide team of directly employed service engineers are satellite-tracked to ensure a rapid response to on-site requirements.

Full certificated training is provided for all compactor and baler installations.
